Under his guidance Nobl Q has witnessed remarkable growth in the ERP sector with consulting and implementation being the main focus and has achieved significant milestones to becoming Gold partners with SAP and Acumatica. Caldwell has shaped the trajectory of Nobl Q and played a pivotal role in establishing Nobl Q as a key player in the market. With a career defined by foresight, customer experience and resilience, he has been at the forefront of the company’s evolution. Caldwell's track record is a testament to his ability to transform challenges into opportunities, a quality that continues to drive Nobl Q's success story. Caldwell remains committed to Nobl Q’s continued growth by driving inorganic initiatives, ventures, and collaborations.

Apart from being an entrepreneurial leader, Caldwell also contributes extensively to his cultural roots and is deeply involved in Federation of Tamil Sangams of North America (FeTNA). His commitment to giving back to the local community aligns with our broader mission of prioritizing people, celebrating diversity, and making a meaningful impact. He resides in Coppell, Texas with his family.

Nepoleon Duraisamy has played a pivotal role as the founding chairman of Jeevan Technologies, awakened by the large-scale unemployment of qualified youngsters, he forayed into IT Entrepreneurship and kick-started Jeevan Technologies IT operations in Chennai, India in the year 2000. Where he guided the company to become a globally trusted technology transformation partner for enterprises around the world. His entrepreneurial acumen and vision have been instrumental in shaping Jeevan Technologies into a distinguished entity in the global business landscape. At Nobl Q Currently Nepoleon Holds the position of Co – Chairman, Board member and SVP – Strategy & Growth.

In addition to his success in the business world, Nepoleon has showcased his versatility as a distinguished actor in the Tamil movie industry in India. Furthermore, he served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly in Tamil Nadu, India, from 2001 to 2006, demonstrating his commitment to public service. His leadership skills were further recognized when he served as the Central Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment in India until March 2013. One of Nepoleon's notable social entrepreneurial endeavours includes the establishment of the Myopathy unit under Jeevan Foundations. This initiative is dedicated to supporting underprivileged children affected by Muscular Dystrophy, showcasing his commitment to making a positive impact on society.

Nepoleon currently resides in Nashville, TN, with his family since 2011.

As a founding member of Jeevan Technologies, Jayasudha Nepoleon has been a strong pillar in driving the organization to unprecedented heights and currently holds the position of Board Member and Senior Vice President of strategy at Nobl Q. Her transformative leadership style, characterized by a commitment to innovation and excellence is a great asset to Nobl Q.

Her academic background with a master’s in business management and a specialization in finance has contributed a wealth of financial acumen to her previous roles in Jeevan and has laid the foundation for her positions as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Global President of Jeevan before assuming the responsibilities of Nobl Q.

Prabhu Antony is a member of the board of directors at Nobl Q.  He is a seasoned investment professional who has delivered strategic guidance to IT Services and SaaS firms. His proficiency spans corporate development, public listings, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions.

He is currently the co-Founder and President of Stonebridge (Nasdaq: APAC) a publicly traded SPAC that raised $200M in an IPO and currently reverse merging with Southeast Asian Fintech-As-a-Service leader – Digi Asia, a Mastercard and Leapfrog Investments portfolio company. He is also the co-founder of Sett & Lucas, a Hong Kong headquartered investment bank focused on middle market buyout of Technology Services and SaaS companies, and High Circle - a neo bank for HNWIs.  He also serves as the Global Chief Investment Officer at Scieniti, a UK headquartered family office with control and minority investments across 11 industries, employing over 1000 people in 30 countries with over $500M AUM.

In his capacity as a highly engaged entrepreneur, Prabhu assumes the roles of an investor, board member, advisor, and observer for numerous enterprises spanning the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia. His involvement encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, including Technology, Healthcare, Human Capital Management, Financial Services, Media and Entertainment, Real Estate, Hospitality, Education, and Manufacturing. He is an alumnus of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Anna University in India.

Karthik Ramamoorthy is the GM and SVP of Products at Zuora Inc. (NYSE: ZUO), a leading provider of cloud-based subscription management and billing solutions. With over 20 years of experience in finance, revenue management, AI Initiatives, and product leadership, Karthik brings invaluable expertise to the Board. Prior to his current role at Zuora, Karthik played a pivotal role in leading the professional services team, where he was responsible for delivering exceptional value and support to Zuora's clients. Before joining Zuora, Karthik co-founded a SaaS company specializing in Revenue Automation (RevPro). Under his leadership, the company experienced remarkable growth and innovation, culminating in its acquisition by Zuora.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Karthik is customer-obsessed and an outcome-driven leader. His relentless focus on understanding and exceeding customer needs has been a driving force behind his success. Additionally, Karthik is actively involved in the startup ecosystem, where he advises and backs exceptional founders building software for the enterprise. His passion for fostering innovation and supporting emerging entrepreneurs demonstrates his commitment to driving positive change within the industry.

Karthik holds a master’s degree in computer science from New Mexico Tech University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Madras University. His diverse background in professional services, entrepreneurship, product leadership, and AI technology uniquely positions him as a thought leader in the intersection of technology and finance. As a member of the Board, Karthik is committed to leveraging his multifaceted experience and insight to support strategic decision-making, drive innovation, and ensure the long-term success of the organization.

Jay Gopalan is driving Nobl Q’s technological innovation with his expertise in Artificial Intelligence. He has extensive work experience of 25 years in various business verticals including middle/back-office trading systems, prime brokerages, banking, payment systems. He has led talented teams with the principle of lead-by-example and has built engineering teams to specialize in cutting-edge technologies and delivering products that exceed expectations. Jay’s areas of expertise include product innovation, blockchain, machine learning, cloud architecture and artificial intelligence. He is recognized for his talent in strategy development and corporate vision.

Prior to Nobl Q, he played pivotal roles in serving F500 companies like Citi and BNY Mellon in data science, ETL, data analysis and cloud computing. Jay is experienced in combining business acumen with analytical depth to align operational efficiencies to deliver better product experience. With an extraordinary profile that resonates with AI-led innovation and leadership, Jay brings a wealth of expertise to the organization. Under his guidance our tech team is at the forefront of AI-driven advancements ensuring that Nobl Q remains a pioneer in delivering state-of-the-art solutions to our clients.

Jay Gopalan has a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Anna University in India.

Suresh Periasami is the Chief Delivery Officer of Nobl Q and is focused on client delight, execution excellence, building world-class delivery teams, and delivering industry-leading profitable growth.  He is a founding member of Jeevan Technologies (2000), Think trade Inc (2005), and Jeevan IT Academy (2009) and has played a pivotal role in steering these ventures towards success, particularly in the development of cutting-edge products for various industry verticals.

With an impressive 30+ years professional journey, Suresh embodies a versatile skillset and expertise in business Management, client engagement, venture creation, government liaison, human resource management, and compliance with regulatory bodies. His career spans across diverse sectors, including notable tenures in the Indian Air Force, SpiceJet, and DPWorld. During his commendable 13-year stint in the Indian Air Force, Suresh specialized in Transport Aircraft Fleet (Avro) and Russian Helicopters (MI 8 & MI 17), an experience that laid the foundation for his subsequent roles in the civilian aviation industry, contributing to his comprehensive understanding of aviation operations.

Suresh earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bharathidasan University, India and Masters in Aerodynamics from Airforce Technical College, India.

Balaji Narasimhan, the Chief Financial Officer of Nobl Q, is a seasoned finance professional who brings a wealth of experience to the corporate realm as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Cost Accountant (Grad CWA) with a remarkable track record spanning over 25 years. As the CFO, Balaji leads all aspects of Nobl Q's financial strategy, resource investment and optimization, performance, reporting and long- range business planning, as well as investor relations and shareholder transparency.

In his career, Balaji has served in key financial leadership roles with renowned organizations, including Ford, Satyam, HCL, and Virtusa. Prior to his current position at Nobl Q, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Servion, showcasing his strategic financial acumen and leadership skills.

Balaji lives in Chennai with his family. He received his degrees from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Balaji Narasimhan's journey, both professional and personal, reflects an unwavering dedication to excellence in every aspect of life.

With over 22 years of progressive experience in HR excellence, Banu specializes in driving end-to-end HR operations and transformative change. She has a successful track record leading cross-functional teams globally, spearheading innovative HR initiatives like implementing Global HR Shared Services in key regions like US, India, Middle East, APAC. Her expertise encompasses establishing robust HR departments, acquiring top-tier talent, and ensuring business resilience through risk management and statutory compliance. Through employee engagement strategies, positive work environment & benefits, she has transformed the organization into a Great Place to Work.

Prior to joining Nobl Q she held various leadership positions at premier global IT services & Consulting organizations like MSys technologies, Larsen & Turbo Infotech and Avigna. Recognized for her achievements, she is among the Top 10 Promising HR professionals in India, has received the Excellent Award for Benchmarking HR Operations, and played a pivotal role in Lean and Six Sigma Green Belt Projects. Dedicated to organizational transformation, Banu brings a wealth of expertise in resource management and visionary HR strategies.

Banu holds a Bachelor’s in commerce from the University of Madras, Master’s in Public Administration from the Madurai Kamaraj University and an Executive MBA from the National Institute of Business Administration, Chennai.
